Ed let me know that there is a hearing on June 14th, on the first appeal, now that the filings and responses are filed.
He also has[had, case dismissed!] a hearing this Friday, for contempt, because he didn't wear a suit during the second trial.
Yes, the courts are that broken, in Santa Cruz.
I agree. And not just broken, but suffering as well by what seems to be small-minded judicial characters. I'm glad I got a glimpse of what California was like as the Golden State, before we started eating our own children.
